    This type of research might raise some ethical issues due to the private nature of the questions. Any organization that allows researchers to interview its employees runs a risk, such as those employees complaining about the boss or about other workers, moreover, the employees may feel obliged to give positive answers instead of their opinions, because they might be afraid of their bosses finding out what they really think. If that happened, the reputation of the organization may suffer, so the researchers must make sure that it is clear why they are doing their research and assure them that the anonymity of everyone involved will be maintained. If the project is not done following strict ethical guidelines its validity might be threatened.
